For the first time since Bear Bryant was patrolling the sidelines in Lexington, Kentucky has won three straight games vs. Florida.

The three-game winning streak vs. the Gators is the longest for the Wildcats in the series since they won four in a row from 1948-1951.

The Wildcats used a career day from Ray Davis, who put on an unforgettable performance in a 33-14 win at Kroger Field Saturday afternoon.

The Kentucky running back carried the ball 26 times for 180 yards and three touchdowns on the ground. Davis also added a touchdown catch, a 9-yard catch that he powered into the end zone for Kentucky’s first touchdown of the game in the first quarter.

The win improves Kentucky to 5-0 (2-0 SEC) and sets up a monster SEC East matchup in Athens next Saturday vs. No. 1 Georgia.
