Kentucky Moves Closer to Top 25 in AP and Coaches Polls

The Kentucky Wildcats kicked off the 2023 season with a 44-14 win vs. Ball State at Kroger Field in Week 1.

While the Wildcats aren’t in the updated polls, they’re close to being a Top 25 team.

Kentucky did receive 15 votes in the AP Poll, positioning them at No. 30 in the poll this week. Meanwhile, the Cats are up to No. 28 in the Coaches Poll.

Up next for the Wildcats is a home date with Eastern Kentucky at 3:00 p.m. ET. on Saturday.
